1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from petalepeptides.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms posted on the Site. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase any product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and a licensed researcher, laboratory professional, or qualified individual purchasing for in vitro research purposes only. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Research Use Only

All Pétale products, including all proprietary blends ("Pétale Glow Complex™", "Pétale Equilibrium Blend™", "Pétale Harmony Formula™", "Pétale Beauty Stack™", and any other branded formulations), are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, topical application, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition, and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for such use.

4. No Medical Advice

Nothing on the Site, in our quizzes, in our AI-driven recommendations, in our consultations, or in any communication with Pétale staff or affiliates constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified, licensed physician before making any decision related to your health.

5. Proprietary Formulations

Pétale blend names, ratios, sequences, dosing protocols, and pharmacy partnerships are proprietary trade secrets of Kskin Company. You may not reverse engineer, replicate, redistribute, resell, or attempt to disclose the composition of any Pétale formulation.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, ineligible buyers, or jurisdictions where our products may not be lawfully shipped. Payment is processed by third-party payment processors and is subject to their terms.

7. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Recurring kits renew automatically on the cadence selected at checkout until cancelled. You may pause, skip, or cancel from your member dashboard at any time prior to the next billing date. No refunds are issued for shipments already processed.

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, seizure, or damage occurring after handoff to the carrier or any customs authority.

9. Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Defective or mis-shipped items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for review.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability & Release

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PÉTALE, KSKIN COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNER PHARMACIES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PURCHASE, POSSESSION, HANDLING, OR ANY USE OR MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU EXPRESSLY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE PÉTALE, KSKIN COMPANY, AND ALL AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO PRODUCT USE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pétale, Kskin Company, and their affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use or misuse of any product or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
